Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. Who we are
APOLO is a private AI music studio. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we never do with it.
2. What we collect
Account data: your email address, a generated username, an optional display name and avatar.
Billing data: subscription plan, status and renewal date. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store your card number.
Studio content: the prompts, lyrics, settings and audio files produced in your sessions.
Technical data: minimal server logs needed to keep the service running and to detect abuse.
3. What we never do
We do not use your prompts, lyrics or generated audio to train AI models. We do not sell your data. We do not publish your work or make it discoverable by other users. There is no public feed on APOLO.
4. How your content is protected
Every database record is scoped to your account by row-level access rules enforced on the server. Audio files live in private storage buckets and are only reachable through short-lived signed links issued to your authenticated session.
5. Processors we rely on
We use a database and storage provider for hosting, a payment processor for subscriptions, and an AI model provider to render audio. Each receives only the data required to perform its function.
6. Retention
Content stays until you delete it or delete your account. Deleting your account removes your profile, sessions, tracks, playlists and stored audio. Billing records are kept as required by law.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time from your settings, or by contacting us. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
